Burr & Forman LLP, a Southeastern regional law firm with nearly 360 lawyers and nineteen offices in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Delaware and Tennessee, has an immediate opening for a healthcare attorney licensed in Florida. Ideally, the candidate would be based in Tampa. This position requires 6 years of healthcare experience, preferably in both litigation and corporate matters. Experience involving healthcare fraud and abuse laws, including federal and state anti-kickback statute and self-referral laws, private equity and other transactions, state licensure, HIPAA, due diligence, and contract drafting and negotiations is a plus. Candidate must be licensed in the State of Florida, and must possess excellent academic credentials, as well as strong research, writing, organizational and analytical skills.
